Master Builders 2009 Winning Homes Award Winners

Showcasing outstanding craftsmanship and professional standards the Excellence in Housing Awards, hosted by the Master Builders Association of Victoria, 2009 award winners have been announced.

The 2009 Master Builder of the Year was awarded to Lexicon Gulf for their high-end warehouse conversion in Fitzroy. Innovative elements included automated lighting, keyless entry, sustainable features and the exceptional use of space in a home that is in complete character with its surroundings.

"Congratulations to all the winners," said Marie Kinsella Director of the Build Expo. "We celebrate the innate creativity and the craftsmanship of the award winners and nominees."
