BBE: keeping solar within reach

23 April 2010

Following the recent insulation scheme furore and amid market confusion over the Federal Government's solar incentive programs, Craig Mallory, the recently appointed CEO of solar specialist Beyond Building Energy (BBE) has confirmed the company will keep its promise of making solar power affordable for all Australians.

With current trends showing Australians increasingly prepared to invest in clean, green and sustainable living, installing solar energy needn't cost the earth, Mallory says. "By leveraging their global network, Beyond Building Energy is able to keep costs down and pass on the savings to homes and business across Australia."

Beyond Building Energy's Easy Pay Option Package comprises a 1.5kW Solar Power System with a 2kW Inverter and all BBE solar panels are manufactured to meet all Australian Standards and are backed by a 30year power warranty. The company also offers a wide range of packages to suit customers' varying needs.

Beyond Building Energy is widely regarded as having "kick started" the solar industry in Australia and has been instrumental in heightening awareness of climate change through its community programs. With its foundations dating back to 2002, Beyond Building Energy is now a Multi Million Dollar Sino-Australia joint venture with China, the US and European partners. The alliance sees itself as being at the front line of breaking down the monopolisation of giant energy companies.

The company operates locations in Byron Bay, a solar showroom in Tweed Heads South and warehouse facilities at West Burleigh on the Gold Coast. With a manufacturing and technology base in China, Beyond Building Energy also operates offices in the UK, China and Europe.

Beyond Building Energy's philosophy is built around developing affordable solar solutions and solar generating plants in residential and commercial sectors of Australia and Europe.

Beyond Building Energy will be an exhibitor at the forthcoming Master Builders' Building & Home Improvement Expo from 9-11 July at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
