Benton Homes takes new direction
Melbourne operator Benton Homes is looking to capture the niche market in high end garden and outdoor area design, and will be promoting its new direction at the Master Builders' Building & Home Improvement Expo later this year.
Co-founder Ben Bonadio - who runs the company with father Tony Bonadio - said the company would continue its home-building activities, constructing around 15 new homes a year, but was also branching out into a new specialism in order to differentiate itself from the market. "We're targeting the higher end market with architecturally designed, landscaped outdoor areas. As far as we're aware there aren't many players in this area and we see it as a great way to expand our offer," he said.
A family run business with a heritage of 35 years, Benton Homes will showcase at the Building & Home Improvement Expo from 9-11 July at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
