The Master Builders Winnning Homes Awards stand is a major feature of the Building & Home Improvement Expo with a showcase of a selection of the 2009 Master Builder Award winners.

The Master Builders Association awards are judged each year in a number of categories including Best Custom Home Under $300,000; Best Renovation/Addition from $300,000 to $500,000; Best Custom Home from $400,000 to $500,000; Best Custom Home Over $1 million; Best Multi Unit Development up to 3 Units; Best Multi Unit Development from 4 to 12 Units; Regional Builder of the Year 2008 and Master Builder of the Year.

For industry and householders alike, a close-up view of the brands behind winning Master Builders projects is a key drawcard of the Master Builders Building & Home Improvement Expo. Each year, around eight to ten companies that have created winning Master Builders homes are showcased at the expo.
